TAKING THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS BETTER HEALTH
How do I arrange a Reach100 program?
To take the genome health analysis test, please send the completed Consent Form (PDF, 128k) and Health Questionnaire (PDF, 575k) to the Reach100 clinic, which is located at:
Reach100
Ground Floor
18 North Terrace
ADELAIDE SA 5000
Once we have received these completed forms and your payment in full, we
will contact you to make an appointment for a brief telephone consultation
with our doctor.
After your telephone consultation with our doctor we will forward you the
information required for your test, which will include:
the necessary pathology request forms; and
where to find the local pathology provider in your area and when to
present for your test.
As you will need to fast for 14 hours i.e. no food (water is permitted),
blood testing will likely be early morning.
Once your blood has been taken, you will receive your results and Reach100
report in approximately 3 weeks. A second telephone consultation can be
arranged to discuss your report with you. We recommend sending a copy to
your GP and will do so if the relevant details are provided.
If you wish to have the comprehensive health package, or if you live in
Adelaide, you are required to attend the Reach100 clinic in Adelaide.
